DIRECTIONS

Commerce Place is located on Burrard and West Pender Street.
The building is a short walk or ride from the Seabus and Skytrain stations (Canada Line, Expo Line and West Coast Express) and nearby bus stops.

If driving, the Commerce Place Parkade is accessed from West Hastings Street.

Parking Here

Imperial Parking (Impark) – Part of REEF Parking Network operates the parking garage on behalf of QuadReal.

All traffic enters and exits the parking structure from West Hastings Street.

Public parking is available between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Tenants with an access card programmed for monthly parking can park any time.

Parking stalls can be leased on a month-to-month basis.

EV Charging Stations are available to tenants on Level P1 of the parking garage.
